10 (hereinafter the CTA), to vary Order No. R-5902 of the Railway Transport Committee of the Canadian Transport Commission dated June 12, 1969 and Order No. 115527 of the Board of Transport Commissioners for Canada dated September 29, 1964 to reflect a change in road authority and the associated cost apportionment responsibilities at the road crossing at Ruisseau des Noyers Road, formerly Ruisseau Road and the Adirondack Subdivision (mileage 26.75), in the municipality of L'Acadie, in the county of St-Jean, in the province of Quebec.

10 (ci-après la LTC), en vue de faire modifier l'ordonnance no R-5902 du Comité des transports par chemin de fer de la Commission canadienne des transports en date du 12 juin 1969 et l'ordonnance no 115527 de la Commission des transports du Canada en date du 29 septembre 1964 afin de tenir compte d'un changement d'administration routière et des responsabilités relativement à la répartition des frais au franchissement routier où se croisent le chemin Ruisseau des Noyers, auparavant le chemin du Ruisseau et la subdivision Adirondack (point milliaire 26,75), dans la municipalité de L'Acadie, dans le comté de St-Jean, dans la province de Québec.
