The SDP could win several of the larger cities and several counties , unaligned figures such as Zeljko Kerum will emerge in some places , but the HDZ will win in most counties and municipalities . And even if these are for the most part the most impoverished regions , Sanader will again declare himself the winner of the elections .

SDP bi mogao osvojiti nekoliko većih gradova i nekoliko županija , na nekim mjestima iskočit će nestranački tipovi kao što je Željko Kerum , ali HDZ će pobijediti u većini županija i općina , i makar se uglavnom radi o najsiromašnijim krajevima , Sanader će se ponovo proglasiti izbornim pobjednikom .
