In cases where the juvenile committed the crime in a particularly contemptible manner, or when the juvenile is particularly dangerous to society, the court may impose the sentence of deprivation of liberty up to 15 years when it is obvious that the sentence of deprivation of liberty of 7 years would not suffice.

Cuando un menor haya cometido un delito particularmente nefando o peligroso para la sociedad, los tribunales podrán imponerle una pena de privación de libertad de hasta 15 años, cuando sea indudable que la imposición de una pena de siete años no resultaría suficiente.
