Nach oraler Vitamin A-Verabfolgung in toxischer Dosis (30000 I.E. des in Pflanzenöl gelösten Palmitatesters) wird ein Schwund der histochemisch darstellbaren sauren Phosphatase im Dünndarmepithel, sowie in den Kupfferschen Sternzellen und Leberzellen der Maus beobachtet.

Following the oral administration of vitamin A in toxic doses (30000 I.E. of the palmitate-ester dissolved in vegetable oil) a decrease of histochemically demonstrable acid phosphatase is observed in the epithelium of the small intestine as well as in Kupffer- and livercells in mice.
