The medical tool position-confirming system is provided with: a luminescent medical tool (1) with a luminescent agent, which emits fluorescence as a result of being irradiating with near infrared light of 600 nm - 1400 nm wavelength, coated on or kneaded into the surface; a light source (3) that irradiates the near infrared light (2) towards the medical tool (1); a camera (4) that receives the near infrared fluorescence emitted by the luminescent agent of the medical tool (1); and a monitor (6) that projects the image (5) taken by the camera (4).

Selon l'invention, le système de confirmation de la position de l'outil médical comprend : un outil médical luminescent (1) avec un agent luminescent, qui émet une fluorescence comme résultat d'une irradiation par une lumière infrarouge proche de 600 nm - 1 400 nm de longueur d'onde, appliqué sur ou malaxé dans la surface ; une source de lumière (3) qui irradie la lumière infrarouge proche (2) vers l'outil médical (1) ; une caméra (4) qui reçoit la fluorescence infrarouge proche émise par l'agent luminescent de l'outil médical (1) ; et un appareil de surveillance (6) qui projette l'image (5) prise par la caméra (4).
