To achieve the above object, the tensile clip for securing railway rails according to the present invention further comprises: a head-arch having a leading end thereof inserted into a clip shoulder of a tie or base plate; a first front-arch extending integrally from the head-arch and being rounded toward an upper side portion thereof; a first toe extending integrally from the first front-arch and having an undersurface contacting the top surface of a flange of a rail; and a head-arch leading end extension that extends integrally from the other end of the head-arch for a certain length and forms a straight portion, wherein a third toe extends integrally from the leading end of the head-arch leading end extension, projects to the outside of the clip shoulder, and has a top surface at the leading end thereof that is rounded toward an upper side portion thereof.

그리고, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 철도 레일 고정용 탄성클립은 선단이 침목 또는 베이스플레이트의 클립숄더에 삽입되는 헤드아치와; 상기 헤드아치로부터 일체로 연장되면서 측상부로 라운드를 이루는 제1프런트아치와; 상기 제1프런트아치로부터 일체로 연장되면서 그 저면이 레일의 플랜지 상면과 접하는 제1토우로 구성되며, 상기 헤드아치의 타단으로부터 일정길이가 일체로 연장되면서 직선부를 이루는 헤드아치 선단 연장부로 구성되며, 상기 헤드아치 선단 연장부의 선단에는 헤드아치 선단 연장부로부터 일체로 연장됨과 동시에 클립숄더의 외측으로 돌출되면서, 선단의 상면이 측상부로 라운드를 이루는 제3토우로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
