दान में वर्षा के दौरान 20 भिक्षुओं के लिए कपड़ों की सामग्री, मिताहार और रूग्ण संन्यासियों (भिक्षुओं) के लिए दवा उपल्ब्ध कराने हेतु स्थायी प्रंबध शामिल था। दवा का स्थायी प्रबंध अभीर राजा, ईश्वरसेन के शासन काल के दौरान शक वंश की एक महिला भक्त द्वारा किया गया था।
