وتخول اللوائح التنظيمية المنقَّحة لمجلس الطاقة الذرية السلطة القانونية اللازمة لتنفيذ برنامج الحماية من الإشعاع من أجل إعداد وتنفيذ مدونات الممارسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة بالحماية من الإشعاع التي تمتثل لمعايير الأمان الأساسية الدولية التي حددتها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية؛

The revised regulations give the Atomic Energy Board the legal authority needed to implement a radiation protection programme to prepare and implement codes of practice and related procedures for radiation protection that satisfies the requirements of the International Basic Safety Standards of the International Atomic Energy Agency;
