The invention relates to a novel pesticidal formulation that is biostimulating and has fungicidal effects, which combines the biostimulating action of the chitosan and the biological control of pests in agricultural and forest crops caused by phytopathogenic insects provided by the entomopathogenic nematodes of families Steinernematidae and Heterorhabditidae.
