The technical significance of the diagnostic ultrasound device for actively compressing the ultrasound image according to communication quality, according to the present invention, lies in comprising: an ultrasound imaging device for capturing the inside of the body using 3D ultrasound and generating the ultrasound image; the picture archiving communication system (PACS) for saving in the form of digital data, reading, and transmitting the ultrasound image; a remote diagnostic device for receiving and reading the ultrasound image; and a cloud server for integrating and saving the ultrasound images generated from the ultrasound imaging device and a remotely located ultrasound imaging device, and providing the saved ultrasound image to at least one of the ultrasound imaging device, the PACS, the remote diagnostic device, or the remotely located ultrasound imaging device.

본 발명의 통신 품질에 따라 초음파 이미지를 능동적으로 압축하는 초음파 진단 장치는 신체의 내부를 3차원 초음파 촬영하여 초음파 이미지를 생성하기 위한 초음파 진단기와 상기 초음파 이미지를 디지털 데이터로 저장, 판독 및 전송하기 위한 PACS(Picture Archiving Communication System)와 상기 초음파 이미지를 수신하여 판독하기 위한 원격 진단기 및 상기 초음파 진단기 및 원격에 위치한 초음파 진단기에서 생성된 초음파 이미지를 통합 저장하고, 저장된 상기 초음파 이미지를 상기 초음파 진단기, 상기 PACS, 상기 원격 진단기 또는 상기 원격에 위치한 초음파 진단기 중 어느 하나 이상에 제공하기 위한 클라우드 서버를 포함함에 기술적 의의가 있다.
