When it is clear that a consensus on the amount of the minimum wage will not be reached, the amount shall be determined by the Government by 30 December at the latest, using as parameters the inflation target for the following year set by the Board of the Central Bank, the level of productivity set by the tripartite committee on productivity, which is coordinated by the Ministry of Labour, the contribution of salaries to the national income, the increase in the gross domestic product and the consumer price index.”

Cuando definitivamente no se logre el consenso en la fijación del salario mínimo, a más tardar el 30 de diciembre de cada año, el gobierno lo determinará teniendo en cuenta como parámetros la meta de inflación del siguiente año fijada por la Junta del Banco de la República y la productividad acordada por el comité tripartito de productividad que coordina el MinTrabajo; además, la contribución de los salarios al ingreso nacional, el incremento del PIB y el IPC”.

Lorsqu’il s’avère définitivement impossible de générer un consensus sur le montant du salaire minimum avant le 30 décembre, le Gouvernement fixe ce montant en prenant en compte : l’objectif du comité de direction de la Banque de la République pour l’inflation de l’année suivante ; la productivité déterminée par le Comité tripartite de productivité, sous la coordination du Ministère du travail ; la contribution des salaires au revenu national ; l’augmentation du PIB et l’Indice des prix à la consommation (IPC).
