ويجوز تحويل الشركة المبسَّطة إلى أيِّ شكل آخر من الكيانات التجارية يحكمه القانون التجاري [يُدرَج هنا اسم القانون أو المرسوم أو التشريع ذي الصلة]، شريطة صدور قرار إجماعي من حائزي جميع الأسهم المصدَرة والمكتَتَبة في الشركة.
