A method for producing the soft polyurethane foam uses an epoxidized natural oil (X), which is obtained by using an oxidizer to epoxidize a natural oil having unsaturated bonds, and a polyol (A) including: a polyoxyalkylene polyol having a hydroxyl group value of 5 to 30 mg KOH/g (polyol (A1)), which is obtained by subjecting a propylene oxide (b1) to ring-opening addition polymerization with an initiator, in the presence of a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst (a1) having organic ligands, and then subjecting an ethylene oxide (b2) to ring-opening addition polymerization in the presence of an alkali metal catalyst (a2); and a natural oil-derived polyol (A2).

Dans ce procédé on utilise un polyol (A) contenant un polyoxyalkylène polyol (polyol A1) dont la valeur hydroxyle est de 5 à 30 mg KOH / g, obtenu par polymérisation par addition et par ouverture de cycle d'un oxyde de propylène (b1) avec un initiateur, en présence d'un catalyseur complexe de cyanure de métal composite (a1) possédant un ligand organique suivie d'une polymérisation par addition et par ouverture de cycle d'un oxyde d'éthylène (b2) en présence d'un métal alcalin (a2) et un polyol (A2) dérivé de matières grasses naturelles, ainsi qu'une matière grasse naturelle époxydée (X) obtenue par époxydation après qu'un oxydant ait agit sur la matière grasse naturelle possédant une liaison non saturée.

有機配位子を有する複合金属シアン化物錯体触媒(a1)の存在下で、開始剤にプロピレンオキシド(b1)を開環付加重合させた後、アルカリ金属触媒(a2)の存在下でエチレンオキシド(b2)を開環付加重合させて得られる、水酸基価が5~30mgKOH/gのポリオキシアルキレンポリオール(ポリオール(A1))、および天然油脂由来ポリオール(A2)を含むポリオール(A)と、不飽和結合を有する天然油脂に酸化剤を作用させてエポキシ化して得られるエポキシ化天然油脂(X)を用いる。
