The ink recording member (20) of the present invention is provided with: a substrate (2) made by mixing a vegetable oil derived from a fatty acid having a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group into an acrylic resin; and an ink fixing film (3) that comprises a hydrophilic resin and that is provided over at least one main surface (2a) of the substrate (2).
