وجاء في الورقة المشتركة 11 أن لغات السكان الأصليين في شمال شرق الهند (السّيما والّلوثا، والآو، والآيمول، والشيرو، والخرام) ليست مدرجة في المناهج الدراسية وليس هناك أي التزامات رسمية بالحفاظ على تلك اللغات والثقافات(218).

JS11 stated that in north-east India, the indigenous languages (Sema, Lotha, Ao, Aimol, Chiru, Kharam) were not included in the school curricula and there were no official commitments to preserve these languages and cultures.
