ويتم نقل حق التحكم من جانب الحامل الذي يعطي تعليمات إلكترونية للسجل باستخدام توقيعه الرقمي وباتخاذ السجل إجراءات بناء على هذه التعليمات يلغي بها حقوق الحامل الأول في التحكم (البائع) وينقلها إلى الحامل التالي (المشتري).

The transfer of control takes place by the Holder giving the Registry an electronic instruction by use of its digital signature and the Registry acting upon such instruction by cancelling the control rights of the first Holder (the seller) and transferring it to the next Holder (the buyer).
