لذا، فإنَّ مجموعة الـ 77 والصين تدعم بقوة اعتماد الجمعية العامة مؤخراً العقد الثالث للتنمية الصناعية لأفريقيا، لفترة الأعوام 2016- 2025، الأمر الذي يمكنه أن يعالج السبل والوسائل لكفالة تصنيعٍ شاملٍ ومستدام، كقوة محرِّكة للنمو، وتوفير شكل آخر من الفعالية الاستراتيجية دعماً لجهود البلدان الأفريقية.

The Group of 77 and China therefore strongly supports the General Assembly’s recent adoption of the Third Industrial Development Decade for Africa for the period 2016-2025, which could address the ways and means to ensure inclusive and sustainable industrialization as an engine for growth and provide another form of strategic leverage in support of the efforts of African countries.
