Der Magnetverschluss hat eine Magnet-Anker-Konstruktion, die nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: einen Magneten 4 und einen Anker (3), die so ausgebildet sind, dass zum selbsttätigen Schließen der Anker und der Magnet unterhalb eines vorbestimmten Mindestabstandes sich in einer Schließrichtung gegenseitig anziehen und zum Öffnen der Magnet gegenüber dem Anker seitlich in eine Öffnungsposition verschoben oder verdreht wird, sodass die sich anziehend gegenüber stehenden Flächen von Magnet und Anker kleiner werden, wodurch die Anziehungskraft zwischen Magnet und Anker geringer wird, wobei eine Öffnungsunterstützungsfeder (5) zur Unterstützung der Öffnung vorgesehen ist, und die Öffnungsunterstützungsfeder (5) entweder beim selbsttätigen Schließen durch die Magnetkraft selbsttätig vorgespannt wird oder beim Öffnungsvorgang vorgespannt wird.

The magnetic closure has a magnet and armature structure which has the following features: a magnet (4) and an armature (3) which are designed in such a manner that, for the automatic closing, the armature and the magnet, below a predetermined minimum distance, have a mutual attraction in a closing direction and, for the opening, the magnet is displaced or rotated laterally in relation to the armature into an open position such that the magnet and armature surfaces which attract each other become smaller, thus reducing the attracting force between the magnet and armature, wherein an opening-assisting spring (5) is provided to assist the opening, and the opening-assisting spring (5) is either automatically prestressed by the magnetic force during the automatic closing, or is prestressed during the opening operation.

La fermeture magnétique possède une structure aimant-armature, qui présente les caractéristiques suivantes : un aimant (4) et une armature (3) conçus de manière à ce que, pour une fermeture automatique, l'aimant et l'armature s'attirent mutuellement dans une direction de fermeture, sous une distance minimale prédéfinie, et pour l'ouverture, l'aimant est déplacé latéralement ou pivoté par rapport à l'armature dans une position d'ouverture, si bien que les surfaces de l'aimant et de l'armature se trouvant face à face en attraction deviennent plus petites, la force d'attraction entre l'aimant et l'armature étant donc plus faible.
