Es un hecho, por otra parte, que a veces, la técnica puede transformarse de aliada en adversaria del hombre, como cuando la mecanización del trabajo «suplanta» al hombre, quitándole toda satisfacción personal y el estímulo a la creatividad y responsabilidad; cuando quita el puesto de trabajo a muchos trabajadores antes ocupados, o cuando mediante la exaltación de la máquina reduce al hombre a ser su esclavo.
