The obstacle detecting device of the present invention includes: a sensor strip having a varying capacitance value according to the proximity of an obstacle; an RF oscillator connected to the sensor strip; a prescaler for dividing an oscillation frequency of the RF oscillator by a set ratio; and a Micro Controller Unit (MCU) for controlling the operation of the RF oscillator and receiving a divided signal from the prescaler.
