В настоящее время более действенными мерами, направленными на предотвращение случаев подрыва на ПТрМ, на наш взгляд, могло бы быть обязательное предоставление бывшими противоборствующими сторонами карт минных полей и проведение мероприятий по информированию населения о минной опасности
