وإذ نحتفل بالذكرى السنوية الستين للأمم المتحدة، ينبغي لنا أن نفكر في ما نتوقعه من المنظمة وفي الدور الذي ينبغي أن يضطلع به كل بلد ومنطقة في هذه المساعي الجماعية.
