본 발명은 내시경 수술도구 가이더포트에 관한 것으로서, 수술도구 진입부가 적어도 하나 이상 상면에 형성되는 본체부재와, 상기 본체부재에서 하측으로 일정길이 연장되는 보호튜브와, 상기 보호튜브의 하단부에 고정되며, 변형 및 복원이 자유로운 지지링체, 및 상기 보호튜브의 길이방향 소정 위치에 고정 구비되며, 접힘동작에 의해 상기 보호튜브를 감아줌으로써 보호튜브의 길이를 조절하는 조절링체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 보호튜브에 구비된 조절링체를 통해 보호튜브의 길이조정 및 견인력 확보가 매우 용이함과 함께 상부몸체를 회전 및 분리시킬 수 있어 수술상황에 따라 적절하게 대처할 수 있으므로 수술시간의 지연을 방지하면서 내시경 수술을 보다 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
