وبفضل التعاون الكبير لليونيسيف ولجمعيات دولية أخرى، قامت فييت نام ببذل أقصى ما في وسعها لحل تلك المشاكل من خلال تنفيذ برامج مرتكزة على الحقوق التي تمنح الأولوية لحماية الأطفال، خاصة المستضعفين منهم، ووضع أسس لنظام قانوني من أجل القصر.

With the valuable support of UNICEF and other international partners, the Government of Viet Nam was doing its utmost to solve those problems by carrying out rights-based programmes, giving priority to the protection of particularly vulnerable children and setting up a juvenile justice system.
