Im Rahmen des von der Europäischen Kommission finanzierten CARMA-Projekts konzentrierte man sich auf die Analyse der verfügbaren Ressourcen und der Bedürfnisse der älteren Menschen, um daraus die Daten für eine Reorganisation der Systeme für Gesundheit und soziale Betreuung gewinnen zu können.
