การดําเนินมาตรการดูแลธุรกิจ SMEs และการแก้ปัญหาหนี้ประชาชน โดยเฉพาะหนี้สินเกษตรกรรายย่อยและหนี้นอกระบบของประชาชนผู้มีรายได้น้อย (3) การเร่งรัดและติดตามความคืบหน้าของมาตรการแก้ไขปัญหาราคาสินค้าเกษตร โดยเฉพาะมาตรการสินเชื่อที่ได้เริ่มดําเนินการไปแล้วแต่ยังมีวงเงินเหลืออยู่ ซึ่งจะต้องเตรียมการให้มีความพร้อมที่จะดําเนินการต่อในช่วงฤดูกาลเพาะปลูกที่กําลังจะมาถึง (4) การเร่งรัดดําเนินการตามโครงการสร้างรายได้และพัฒนาการเกษตรแก่ชุมชนเพื่อบรรเทาปัญหาภัยแล้งในพื้นที่แล้งซ้ําซาก ซึ่งรัฐบาลสนับสนุนงบประมาณช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ภัยแล้ง ตําบลละไม่เกิน 1 ล้านบาท จํานวน 3,051 ตําบล เมื่อวันที่ 27 มกราคม 2558
