For now, the National Government has sent two initiatives to the National Congress: an Agreement on Migration with the Argentine Republic, and a proposal which is under study in the four member countries of MERCOSUR, plus Bolivia and Chile, regarding multiple residency in any of the six countries for the citizens of all six
