The present invention relates to a production method for a glassy carbon mould, and, more specifically, relates to a production method for a glassy carbon mould comprising the steps of: placing a mixture comprising a thermosetting resin, a curing agent and a viscosity adjusting solvent between a thermosetting resin substrate and a master pattern formed by means of a micro-nano process; pressing either the master pattern or the thermosetting resin substrate and applying heat so as to form a cured thermosetting resin pattern part on the substrate; and removing the master pattern, and subjecting the substrate and the cured thermosetting resin pattern part on the substrate to a carbonisation process.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un moule en carbone vitreux, et plus spécifiquement, elle présente un procédé de fabrication d'un moule en carbone vitreux comprenant les étapes suivantes : placement d'un mélange comprenant une résine thermodurcissable, un agent de durcissement et un solvant d'ajustement de viscosité entre un substrat de résine thermodurcissable et un motif maître formé au moyen d'un procédé micro-nano ; pressage du motif maître ou du substrat de résine thermodurcissable et application de chaleur de manière à former une partie motif en résine thermodurcissable durcie sur le substrat ; et retrait du motif maître, et soumission du substrat et de la partie motif durcie en résine thermodurcissable sur le substrat à un processus de carbonisation.
