وإذا لم يكن بالإمكان إدماج الطفل بدنياً وعقلياً أو اجتماعياً في مجموعة الأطفال في مرفق الرعاية النهارية العام، تكون أنسب طريقة لضمان توافر الظروف المثلى لنمو الطفل هي وضعه ضمن مجموعة من الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في مرفق الرعاية النهارية العام أو في مرفق رعاية نهارية خاص.
