본 발명은 플라이휠용 허브의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 플라이휠의 로터와 회전축을 상호 연결하는 플라이휠용 허브의 제조방법에 있어서, 복합재료를 와인딩하여 중공의 압력용기 형상으로 형성하는 와인딩 단계; 와인딩된 복합재료를 경화시키는 경화 단계; 및 압력용기 형상으로 와인딩된 복합재료를 돔형상으로 절단하는 커팅 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 와인딩 단계는 상기 회전축의 길이 방향을 따라 일단에는 상기 회전축이 삽입되는 삽입공이 형성되고 타단에는 개구부가 형성되도록 중공 형태의 메인 돔을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 메인 돔의 외면에 복합재료를 와인딩하여 서브돔을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여, 상기 메인 돔 또는 상기 서브돔 중 적어도 하나는 상기 회전축 및 상기 로터가 회전함에 따라 상기 회전축의 반경 방향으로 팽창하여 상기 서브돔과 상기 로터의 접착 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
