Disclosed is a device provided with an ice making function unit (101) comprising an ice making device (1) for cooling the supplied saltwater (23) and producing saltwater mixed sherbet ice having set predetermined temperature and ice concentration, and an ice storage tank (14) for storing the saltwater mixed sherbet produced by the ice making device (1); a dewatering function unit (102) for dewatering saltwater from the saltwater mixed sherbet ice stored in the ice storage tank (14) to obtain salt water mixed sherbet ice having a high ice concentration; and a seawater pouring function unit (103) which adds seawater (24) to the saltwater mixed sherbet ice having a high ice concentration obtained in the dewatering function unit (102), and obtains saltwater mixed sherbet ice adjusted to an intended temperature.
