Turning to the case of the Kichwa people of the Sarayaku community in central Ecuador, she said that the President had fully agreed with a recent ruling of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and offered assurances that the State would comply with the decision, including the payment of the compensation awarded to the people affected.
