(1) Um zu bescheinigen, daß ein Gerät oder eine Maschine den Bestimmungen dieser Richtlinie entspricht, stellt der Hersteller eines Geräts oder einer Maschine im Sinne des Artikels 2 Absatz 1 oder sein in der Gemeinschaft ansässiger Bevollmächtigter für jeden Typ eines hergestellten Gerätes oder einer hergestellten Maschine eine EG-Konformitätserklärung aus; die Mindestangaben dieser Konformitätserklärung sind in Anhang II festgelegt.

1. The manufacturer, or his authorised representative established in the Community, of equipment referred to in Article 2(1) shall, in order to certify that an item of equipment is in conformity with the provisions of this Directive, draw up an EC declaration of conformity for each type of equipment manufactured; the minimum content of this declaration of conformity is laid down in Annex II.

(1) A 2. cikk (1) bekezdésében említett berendezés gyártója vagy annak közösségi illetőségű meghatalmazottja – azért, hogy igazolja, hogy az adott berendezés megfelel az irányelv rendelkezéseinek – kiállít egy EK megfelelőségi nyilatkozatot minden gyártott berendezéstípusra; e megfelelőségi nyilatkozatnak a minimális tartalmát a II. melléklet határozza meg.

(1) Pentru a certifica faptul că o piesă de echipament este conformă cu dispozițiile prezentei directive, fabricantul echipamentului menționat la articolul 2 alineatul (1) sau reprezentantul său autorizat stabilit în Comunitate întocmește o declarație de conformitate CE pentru fiecare tip de echipament fabricat; cuprinsul minim al unei astfel de declarații de conformitate este stabilit în anexa II.
