That is, the power-generating apparatus (1) of the present invention comprises: a plurality of cylindrical tubes (2) vertically fixed along an outer surface of a tower (3), wherein each cylindrical tube has a bottom surface spaced apart from the ground by a predetermined spacing; air-blowing means (6) arranged beneath each cylindrical tube (2) to blow air, introduced into the air-blowing means (6), into an upper portion of each cylindrical tube (2); a plurality of assembly openings (11) horizontally formed in each cylindrical tube (2); a plurality of rotors (9) assembled through the assembly openings (11) so as to rotate by means of the pressure of the air rising through each cylindrical tube (2); a plurality of generators (10) connected to the respective rotors (9) to generate power; and work platforms (5) installed at the tower (3) enabling a worker to climb onto the work platforms to repair or exchange the generators (10).

즉, 본 발명에서 제공하는 발전장치(1)는 타워(3)의 외측으로 수직 고정되며 하부는 지면과 일정 간격 이격되도록 설치되는 수개의 원통형 관체(2)와, 상기 관체(2)의 하부에 설치되어 유입되는 공기를 관체(2) 상부로 송풍하기 위한 송풍수단(6)과, 상기 관체(2)에 수평방향으로 형성되는 다수개의 조립개구(11)와, 상기 조립개구(11)를 통해 끼움조립되어 관체(2)를 통해 상승하는 공기의 압력에 의해 회전되는 다수개의 로터(9)와, 상기 다수개의 로터(9)와 각각 연결되어 발전을 행하는 다수개의 발전기(10)와, 상기 발전기(10) 수리와 교환을 위해 작업자가 올라가 작업을 행할 수 있는 작업대(5)가 타워(3)에 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
