„(1) Der Nachweis, dass das Versandverfahren innerhalb der in der Versandanmeldung genannten Frist beendet wurde, kann von dem Hauptverpflichteten durch Vorlage einer von den Zollbehörden des Abgangsmitgliedstaats anzuerkennenden Bescheinigung, die mit Sichtvermerk der Zollbehörden des Bestimmungsmitgliedstaats versehen ist, die Angaben zur Identifizierung der betreffenden Waren enthält und aus der hervorgeht, dass die Waren bei der Bestimmungsstelle gestellt oder in Fällen nach Artikel 406 einem zugelassenen Empfänger übergeben worden sind, erbracht werden.

‘1. The proof that the procedure has ended within the time limit prescribed in the declaration may be furnished by the principal to the satisfaction of the customs authorities in the form of a document certified by the customs authorities of the Member State of destination identifying the goods and establishing that they have been presented at the office of destination or, where Article 406 applies, to an authorised consignee.

„(1) A főkötelezett az eljárásnak a nyilatkozatban megadott határidőn belüli befejezésére vonatkozó bizonyítékot a rendeltetési tagállam illetékes hatóságai által hitelesített olyan okmány formájában is benyújthatja az illetékes hatóságoknak, amely alapján azonosíthatók a szóban forgó áruk, és amely tanúsítja, hogy azokat bemutatták a rendeltetési vámhivatalnak vagy – a 406. cikk alkalmazása esetén – az engedélyezett címzettnek.

„(1) Principalul obligat poate furniza autorităților vamale o dovadă satisfăcătoare a încheierii regimului în termenul indicat în declarație sub forma unui document certificat de autoritățile vamale ale statului membru de destinație, prin care se identifică mărfurile în cauză și se arată că acestea au fost prezentate la biroul de destinație sau, în cazul în care se aplică articolul 406, unui destinatar agreat.
