وفي هذا الصدد، تذكُر اللجنة قرارات الجمعية العامة 61/148 و63/243 و65/200، التي حثت فيها الجمعية الدول الأطراف بقوة على التعجيل بإجراءاتها الداخلية للتصديق على تعديل الاتفاقية المتعلق بتمويل اللجنة وإخطار الأمين العام كتابةً وعلى وجه السرعة بموافقتها على التعديل.

In this connection, the Committee cites General Assembly resolutions 61/148, 63/243 and 65/200, in which the Assembly strongly urged States parties to accelerate their domestic ratification procedures with regard to the amendment to the Convention concerning the financing of the Committee and to notify the Secretary-General expeditiously in writing of their agreement to the amendment.

A este respecto, el Comité recuerda las resoluciones de la Asamblea General 61/148, 63/243 y 65/200, en las que la Asamblea instó encarecidamente a los Estados partes en la Convención a que aceleraran sus procedimientos internos de ratificación de la enmienda en lo referente a la financiación del Comité y notificaran con prontitud por escrito al Secretario General su aceptación de la enmienda.

À cet égard, le Comité se réfère aux résolutions 61/148, 63/243 et 65/200, dans lesquelles l’Assemblée générale a demandé instamment aux États parties d’accélérer leurs procédures internes de ratification de l’amendement à la Convention concernant le financement du Comité et d’informer par écrit le Secrétaire général dans les meilleurs délais de leur acceptation de cet amendement.

В этой связи Комитет хотел бы сослаться на резолюции 61/148, 63/243 и 65/200 Генеральной Ассамблеи, в которых Ассамблея самым настоятельным образом призвала государства-участники ускорить их внутренние процедуры ратификации поправки к Конвенции, касающейся финансирования Комитета, и оперативно в письменной форме уведомить Генерального секретаря о своем согласии с поправкой.
