본 발명은 조기 양막파수 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 분리된 태반의 양막 조직에 상처를 낸 다음, 치료제 후보물질을 처리하고 양막을 배양한 후, 상처의 회복을 촉진하는 것으로 확인된 치료제 후보물질을 조기 양막파수 치료제로 선정하는 조기 양막파수 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 출산 후 폐기되는 양막을 사용하여 윤리적으로 문제가 없고, 체내와 유사한 환경에서 치료제를 용이하게 스크리닝할 수 있으므로 유효성이 뛰어난 조기 양막파수 치료제를 스크리닝하는데 유용하다.
