A) Yes there are many things in common, with that Japanese and Asian: raw fish, pasta with seafood. For example they make buckwheat spaghetti with seafood, Ramen, soups- They have a different way to serve the dishes but there are many similarities. Even today, after years of returning from Japan, recipes inspired by that gastronomic culture come to my mind.

R) Si ci sono tantissime cose in comune, con quella giapponese e asiatica ad esempio il pesce crudo, la pasta coi frutti di mare: loro ad esempio fanno gli spaghetti di grano saraceno ai frutti di mare, il Ramen, le zuppe, hanno un modo diverso di servire le pietanze ma ci sono tante similitudini. Ancora oggi, dopo anni che sono rientrato dal Giappone mi vengono in mente ricette che si ispirano a quella cultura gastronomica.
