ووفقا للبلاغ الصادر عن الاجتماع الوزاري الثالث لمنتدى الحوار المشار إليه أعلاه، اتفق المشاركون على ضرورة التعاون الكامل من أجل تحقيق الهدف المشترك المتمثل في مكافحة الجريمة، سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الدولي، ومواجهة التحدي الخاص الذي تطرحه الجريمة المنظمة، وأوردوا مجموعة من المجالات التي سيعملون فيها من أجل التوصل إلى اتفاق لضمان تحقيق ذلك، بما في ذلك تبادل المعلومات والقيام بعمليات مشتركة وتبسيط وتوضيح قنوات الاتصال والإجراءات المتفق عليها.

According to the communiqué resulting from the aforementioned third ministerial meeting of the Forum of Dialogue, the participants agreed that there should be full cooperation in the common objective to fight crime, whether local or international, and to address the particular challenge of organized crime, and listed a series of areas in which they would seek agreement to ensure that this occurred, including exchange of information, joint operations, simplified and clear channels of communication and agreed procedures.

Según el comunicado resultante de la tercera reunión ministerial anteriormente mencionada del Foro de Diálogo, los participantes acordaron que debía haber una cooperación plena para lograr el objetivo común de luchar contra la delincuencia local e internacional y para hacer frente al particular desafío que representa la delincuencia organizada, y enumeraron una serie de ámbitos en los que tratarían de lograr un acuerdo a tal efecto, entre otras cosas mediante el intercambio de información, operaciones conjuntas, el establecimiento de canales sencillos y claros de comunicación y procedimientos acordados.

D’après le communiqué issu de la troisième réunion ministérielle du Forum pour le dialogue sur Gibraltar susmentionnée, les participants se sont entendus sur la nécessité de coopérer pleinement à la réalisation de l’objectif commun de lutte contre la criminalité locale ou internationale, et de s’attaquer surtout à la criminalité organisée, et ont recensé une série de domaines dans lesquels ils rechercheraient un accord de manière que cette idée se matérialise, notamment par un échange d’informations, des opérations conjointes, des voies de communication simplifiées et claires et des procédures établies d’un commun accord.

Согласно коммюнике, принятому по результатам вышеупомянутого третьего совещания на уровне министров в рамках Форума по проведению диалога, его участники согласились с необходимостью обеспечения полномасштабного сотрудничества по осуществлению общей задачи борьбы с преступностью, будь то на местном или международном уровнях, и решения конкретной проблемы организованной преступности, и наметили ряд областей, в которых они попытаются достигнуть договоренности в целях обеспечения решения этой задачи, включая обмен информацией, проведение совместных операций, налаживание упрощенных и четко обозначенных каналов связи и применение согласованных процедур.
