أن تأذن للأمين العام بمناقلة الاعتمادات بين أبواب الميزانية، وداخل أجزائها، خلال فترة تنفيذها، بنسبة أقصاها 10 في المائة لتلبية الطلبات الناشئة وإبلاغ الجمعية العامة بذلك في إطار تقارير أداء الميزانية؛

Authorize the Secretary-General to transfer up to 10 per cent of appropriations between sections of the budget, within parts, during the budget implementation period to meet emerging demands and to report thereon to the General Assembly in the context of the budget performance reports;

Autorizar al Secretario General a transferir consignaciones entre secciones, dentro de un mismo título, del presupuesto durante el período de ejecución del presupuesto hasta un máximo de un 10% para hacer frente a nuevas necesidades e informar al respecto a la Asamblea General en el contexto de los informes de ejecución del presupuesto;
