本発明のラベル剥離装置は、帯状台紙(D)を支持する支持面(11)及び帯状台紙(D)を折り返してラベル(L)を剥離する先端部(12)を有した剥離部材(10)を備え、この剥離部材(10)の支持面(11)の先端部(12)近傍に帯状台紙(D)が没入する溝(15)を形成し、押さえ部材(20)により溝(15)内の帯状台紙(D)を押さえてラベル(L)をしごいて剥離させるようにし、押さえ部材(20)を、溝(15)に対して帯状台紙(D)をその表面側から押さえてしごきを行うしごき位置(F)から、溝(15)より上流側の支持面(11)上の帯状台紙(D)を押圧して帯状台紙(D)のしごきを行わない非しごき位置(G)へ移動可能にしたものである。
