Decides, building on the progress achieved so far, in particular during its sixty-first and sixty-second sessions, as well as the positions of and proposals made by Member States to continue immediately to address within the Open-ended Working Group the framework and modalities in order to prepare and facilitate intergovernmental negotiations on the question of equitable representation and increase in the membership of the Security Council and other matters related to the Council.

Decide, tomando como base los progresos realizados hasta la fecha, particularmente durante sus períodos de sesiones sexagésimo primero y sexagésimo segundo, así como las posiciones y propuestas de los Estados Miembros, seguir examinando inmediatamente en el Grupo de Trabajo de composición abierta, el marco y las modalidades para preparar y facilitar las negociables intergubernamentales sobre la cuestión de la representación equitativa en el Consejo de Seguridad y el aumento del número de sus miembros y otros asuntos relativos al Consejo.

постановляет, принимая во внимание прогресс, достигнутый к настоящему времени, в частности в ходе ее шестьдесят первой и шестьдесят второй сессий, а также позиции государств-членов и высказанные ими предложения, немедленно продолжить рассмотрение — в Рабочей группе открытого состава — формата и условий в целях подготовки и облегчения межправительственных переговоров по вопросу о справедливом представительстве в Совете Безопасности и расширении его членского состава и другим вопросам, связанным с Советом.
