Raw hydrocarbons are heated by direct contact with high-boiling, high-molecular fractions, which are heated to a subcritical temperature that is less than the initial temperature of avalanche-type uncontrolled thermal cracking, then the mixture of raw hydrocarbons and high-molecular fractions is exposed to a mechanical and wave action of different possible natures within a wide frequency range in order to initiate a controlled process of bond-breaking in the molecules, i.e. thermomechanical cracking.
