Pursuant to its resolution 5/1, the Conference decided that, on a provisional basis and without prejudice to their independent status and mandates, the open-ended intergovernmental meeting of experts on international cooperation under the Convention should hold its third session back to back with the corresponding meeting of the Working Group on International Cooperation established by the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, and that the fourth session of the open-ended intergovernmental meeting of experts should be held at the sixth session of the Conference.

Conforme a su resolución 5/1, la Conferencia decidió que, a título provisional y sin perjuicio del carácter y el mandato independientes de cada grupo, la tercera reunión intergubernamental de expertos de participación abierta sobre cooperación internacional en el marco de la Convención se celebrara consecutivamente con la reunión del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Cooperación Internacional establecido por la Conferencia de las Partes en la Convención de las Naciones Unidas contra la Delincuencia Organizada Transnacional, y que la cuarta reunión intergubernamental de expertos de participación abierta tuviera lugar durante el sexto período de sesiones de la Conferencia.

En application de sa résolution 5/1, la Conférence a décidé qu’à titre provisoire et sans préjudice de leur indépendance et de leurs mandats, la troisième réunion intergouvernementale d’experts à composition non limitée sur la coopération internationale organisée au titre de la Convention des Nations Unies contre la corruption se tiendrait immédiatement avant ou après la réunion correspondante du Groupe de travail sur la coopération internationale au titre de la Convention des Nations Unies contre la criminalité transnationale organisée et que la quatrième réunion intergouvernementale d’experts à composition non limitée se tiendrait lors de la sixième session de la Conférence.

В соответствии со своей резолюцией 5/1 Конференция постановила, на временной основе и без ущерба для их независимого статуса и мандатов, провести друг за другом третье межправительственное совещание экспертов открытого состава по развитию международного сотрудничества по линии Конвенции и соответствующее совещание Рабочей группы по вопросам международного сотрудничества, учрежденной Конференцией участников Конвенции Организации Объединенных Наций против транснациональной организованной преступности, а четвертое межправительственное совещание экспертов открытого состава провести в ходе шестой сессии Конференции.

在第5/1号决议中,缔约国会议决定,作为临时性安排,第三次增进《联合国反腐败公约》下国际合作不限成员名额政府间专家会议应与联合国打击跨国有组织犯罪公约缔约方会议设立的国际合作问题工作组会议衔接举行,但不损害两者的独立地位和权限,第四次不限成员名额政府间专家会议则应在缔约国会议第六届会议期间举行。
