The rear-focal point control area (63) has refractivity for moving a far-sightedness rear focal point from a point outside across a peripheral retina in the direction forming an angle θ relative to the eye axial line connecting a macula with a substantially central vertex of the crystalline lens of an eyeball (2) to be examined to the inside of the peripheral retina.
