Für die Beurteilung der Frage, ob die in Artikel 1 Absatz 2 Buchstaben a) und b) der Verordnung Nr. 136/66/EWG genannten Erzeugnisse in solchen Mengen und zu solchen Bedingungen eingeführt werden, daß dadurch den in der Gemeinschaft ansässigen Erzeugern der in Artikel 1 Absatz 2 dieser Verordnung genannten Erzeugnisse ernsthafter Schaden zugefügt wird oder zugefügt zu werden droht, sind insbesondere in Betracht zu ziehen: a) die Preise eines oder mehrerer Erzeugnisse bei der Einfuhr in die Gemeinschaft bzw. ihre voraussehbare Entwicklung und vor allem, ob sie im Vergleich zu den Einfuhrpreisen der in Artikel 1 Absatz 2 der Verordnung Nr. 136/66/EWG genannten Erzeugnisse, die durch sie vom Markt der Gemeinschaft verdrängt werden könnten, zu einem übermässigen Preisrückgang tendieren;

For the purposes of assessing whether the products listed in Article 1 (2) (a) and (b) of Regulation No 136/66/EEC are being imported in such quantities and under such conditions as might seriously prejudice or threaten to prejudice the interests of Community producers of the products listed in Article 1 (2) of that Regulation, the following in particular shall be taken into account: (a) the prices on importation into the Community for one or more of the products or the foreseeable trend of such prices with particular reference to any tendency towards an excessive decline as compared with prices for the products listed in Article 1 (2) of Regulation No 136/66/EEC which they might replace on the Community market;
