(5) Dieser Artikel hindert einen Betrieb nicht daran, zwischen dem Beginn der Anwendung dieser Verordnung und der ersten darauf folgenden Kontrolle durch die zuständige Behörde Lebensmittel in Verkehr zu bringen, wenn der Betrieb:
