مرفقا مجموعة الأحكام بشأن استخدام الألغام غير الألغام المضادة للأفراد/الألغام المضادة للمركبات: إن إدراج مواصفاتٍ للتدمير الذاتي، والإبطال الذاتي للمفعول، والتخميد الذاتي في مرفق الممارسة الفضلى يُعتبر حكماً مسبقاً على الأحكام المتعلقة بالحياة النشطة التي وُصفت بأنها أحكام قيد النظر لأن هذه المواصفات يمكن أيضاً إدراجها في النص الرئيسي للبروتوكول نفسه الملزم قانوناً أو في المرفق الملزِم قانوناً.
