(7) Zur Berechnung des Anteils des Wertpapierhandels am gesamten Geschäftsvolumen gemäß Absatz 6 Ziffern i) und iii) können die zuständigen Behörden die Gesamtsumme der bilanz- und ausserbilanzmässigen Geschäfte oder die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder die Eigenmittel der betreffenden Institute einzeln oder in Verbindung miteinander heranziehen.

7. In order to calculate the proportion that trading-book business bears to total business as in paragraph 6 (i) and (iii), the competent authorities may refer either to the size of the combined on- and off-balance-sheet business, to the profit and loss account or to the own funds of the institutions in question, or to a combination of those measurements.

(7) Annak kiszámításához, hogy a (6) bekezdés i. és iii. pontjában szereplő kereskedési könyv szerinti üzleti tevékenység hogyan aránylik a teljes üzleti tevékenységhez, az illetékes hatóságok figyelembe vehetik a mérleg szerinti és a mérlegen kívüli összevont üzleti tevékenység nagyságát, az adott intézmények eredménykimutatását vagy szavatolótőkéjét, illetve e mutatószámok kombinációját.

(7) Pentru a calcula, în sensul alineatului (6) punctele (i) și (iii), partea pe care o reprezintă portofoliul privind tranzacțiile cu titluri (instrumente) financiare din totalitatea operațiunilor, autoritățile competente pot lua în calcul fie volumul combinat al operațiunilor din bilanț și al celor care nu sunt incluse în bilanț, fie contul de profit și pierdere, fie fondurile proprii ale instituțiilor respective, fie o combinație a tuturor acestor modalități de calcul.
