Jenny Randerson : Further to that point of order , Presiding Officer , will you confirm not only that no distinction exists between Assembly Members , but also that it follows that all Assembly Members can expect equal treatment from Ministers in respect of constituency or regional business ? Will you comment on why the Labour Party has only started this concerted campaign now that it no longer has a regional list Member ?
